GENERAL INFORMATION

Impact Fees are charged to offset the burden that new development creates on schools and parks. Impact Fees are to be levied on all Building Permits applications for new residential dwelling units and must be paid in full prior to the issuance of a building permit. Currently, there are not any impact fees for commercial development.
