Westminster, MD, Monday, February 10, 2020– Carroll County Government offices will be closed in observance of Presidents’ Day on Monday, February 17, 2020 County senior centers will be closed. Regular work hours will resume on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.

The Resource and Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will remain open 7 AM to 4:30 PM.
