Westminster, MD, Wednesday, December 16, 2020 – Due to the inclement weather, Carroll County Government offices will open at 10:00 AM tomorrow, Thursday, December 17, 2020. The Board of County Commissioners Open Session will begin at 10:00 AM also.

The county will re-assess early Thursday morning and communicate updates if there are changes.

The Resource Recovery Park (Northern Landfill) will also open at 10:00 AM. 

The Carroll Transit System and Trailblazer will begin services at 10:00 AM.
